The Lessee agrees to supervise the equipment at all times and ensure the following safety rules are strictly followed:

• Supervision: A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable/equipment at all times.
• Capacity: No overcrowding. Follow age/weight limits specified for each unit.
• Proper Use: No flips, wrestling, or rough housing. No climbing on walls or nets.
• Prohibited Items: No shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, or sharp objects. NO silly string, gum, food, drinks, or candy inside the units. (Note: Silly string causes permanent chemical damage to vinyl; Lessee will be charged for unit replacement if used).
• Weather Policy: If winds exceed 15-20 mph or it begins to rain, all participants must exit and the blower must be turned off immediately.

• Space: Lessee is responsible for providing a flat, clean area with at least 5 feet of clearance around all sides of the unit.
• Power: Lessee must provide a dedicated standard power outlet within 100 feet of the unit. X Marks the Spot Party Rentals is not responsible for power outages or tripped breakers caused by Lessee’s electrical system.
• Underground Utilities: If the unit is staked into the ground, the Lessee is responsible for marking all underground utility, gas, and sprinkler lines. The Company is not liable for damage to unmarked underground lines.

The Lessee understands that using inflatables and party equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, scrapes, bruises, broken bones, or more serious injuries. The Lessee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the rental and use of the equipment.

In consideration of the rental, the Lessee (for themselves and their guests) hereby releases, waives, and discharges X Marks the Spot Party Rentals, its owners, and employees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for personal injury, death, or property damage arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the rented equipment.

Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless X Marks the Spot Party Rentals against any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from any injury or damage caused by or to the equipment while in the Lessee’s possession.

• The equipment will be inspected at the time of pickup.
• If the equipment is returned excessively dirty (mud, food, debris), a cleaning fee of $50.00 - $100.00 will be charged.
• Lessee is responsible for the full replacement cost of any equipment lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair while in their possession.

I HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
